Android Question Change default Webpage not available message in webview

Dear All,
In the WebView, if there is no internet connection or the connection is not strong enough the Webpage not available message will be displayed to user includes full url with parameters. There is any way to change the default error page of WebView?

I dont think that there is a solution for this. The "Error page" is part of the Webview (Browser) OR of the hosting Server (if a page is not found (404))

Oh, bad news. So, is there any available library for encrypt the url on the device, then decrypt in the server side (I'm using IIS webserver, ASP.NET)
