iOS Question Change theme of status bar? (dark/light)

It seems possible to change the theme of the status bar to dark or light but how would I do it?

I know in the designer, I could set the background colour of the Main page to whatever colour I want the status bar to be but the status bar text then stays black. I just want to change it to black with white text/icons.
