Clear menu

There is a way to clear a menu from activity?
I can see the AddMenuItem methods but I didn't see RemoveMen or ClearMenu.

Maybe is possible with Reflection Library?

This is a bit of a FAQ.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the menu items at run time.
