I wrote this some years ago but decided to make a free version (supported by ads).
You can tap to change lots of things such as:
time display (12/24hr), date = day/month or month/day, Celsius/Fahrenheit.
The text area at the bottom gives more detail about the weather and a 3 day forecast.
