iOS Question CLV display gravitates to the bottom

Not sure what I have done (nothing that I know of) but when there aren't enough rows to fill my CLV they drop to the bottom of the view

How is this possible or even better how do I fix this please.

you set the y/offset value somewhere, it is best to search in the code for: ScrollViewOffsetY

ScrollViewOffset is not in my code anywhere. I did a search to check.
I wonder though if I could use that to fix it....?

I still have no idea what's causing this.
tried setting ScrollViewOffset to 0 after loading, but it doesn't change anything
