Colors change from a name to values in designer

At some point after assiging colors to text (for example), it changes from a name such as Cadet Blue to 120,200,230 (just making those numbers up).

The problem is, if I have two labels with text and I change one to Cadet Blue, then later want to change another label to the same color, unless I remember that I used Cadet Blue, then it is difficult to find the same color.

The only options are to change them all or duplicate a label with the desired color and re-type the text.

Not a huge deal breaker, but a minor annoyance.

Perhaps a select view right click - "copy from" may work. Copy all properties (already accomplished), or list of various colors, text, layout, etc.

Often, I like side by side views to reverse the gradiant - right to left (view 1 - left to right - view 2). So, it would be nice to be able to "flip" the color gradiant on copy.

I have found Web colors - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia so useful in the past that I have an edited html version saved for local use. As well as web browsers and SVG the .NET Framework uses these color names as well (apart from DarkSeaGreen which is defined as 8F,BC,8B (instead of 8F,BC,8F) which is probably an unintented typo.
