The following error pops up when I tried to run the example:

Anyone knows why?

Looks like you are missing the additional resources package: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/attachments/resaccessibility-zip.70060/
And you need to set the correct path on this line:

#AdditionalRes: C:\test1\resAccessibility\res, com.tillekesoft.accessibilityservices

The res folder must be in C:\test1\resAccessibility\

What is the content of output.txt after you do a

dir /s c:\test1\resAccessibility\>c:\test1\output.txt

from the commandprompt?
