Compile error

I'm getting an object reference not set to an instance of an object from this bit of code

Sub txtOwnerEdit_GotFocus
Sip(True)
End Sub

txtOwnerEdit is a textbox

any ideas?

have you checked the spelling on "txtOwnerEdit" ?
