iOS Question Compile To Library .a File Size

I have compiled some classes to a library. The source code size is 40kb. The .a file generated is 732kb. This seems very large? There are no dependencies other than iCore.

The size of iCallSubUtils which is a small library is 120kb. I guess that your library is larger.

Libraries are made of 3 binaries. 32 bit binary, 64 bit and a simulator binary. So the actual size is third of the file size.
