Compiler addition to automatically declare views from a layout

ie:
dimlayout "main.bal"

and it goes through and declares all the views in that layout, without loading the layout.

You can declare all the variables from the visual designer (Tools - Generate Members). Note that most of the views do not need to be declared at all.
