iOS Question Compiler Question

I have 2 different set of provision file, 1 for Development, 1 for Beta testing(Ad Hoc):
dev.mobileprovision, ios_development.cer, beta.mobileprovision and ios_distribution.cer
in my Project Attributes I have:
' for development
#CertificateFile: ios_development.cer
#ProvisionFile: dev.mobileprovision
' for Beta Testing
'#CertificateFile: ios_distribution.cer
'#ProvisionFile: beta.mobileprovision

My Question: Do I put those file on the mac side in the root directory of the B4iBuildServer?

No.

Note that you can use conditional compilation to switch between the different attributes.
