what is this? It worked a few days before ... I have restarted the computer and the phone.

What version of Windows and what version of the ADB?

BS is XP, ADB.exe is of 2016-04-05

Sorry - can't really help - maybe someone else here is on XP still? The oldest OS I now use is Windows 7

Thank you. What I am wondering is - XP is no more updated, a few days ago it worked. I changed nothing in the meantime

Seems that B4A interface to Bridge doesn't support XP any more. The error is in file transfer. I'm almost sure the APK is in the directory ready for installation.

I have solved some issue in APK installation using debug via USB.

No updates between the time when I could compile and when the error started to occur. @Mauro: What do you mean by "I'm almost sure the APK is in the directory ready for installation."? Sorry that I don't understand, my fault.

Android SDK no longer supports Windows XP. You will need to find an old version of Android SDK though you will encounter other issues.
