    Hi,

I tried to compile a program to windows EXE, but it gives error.

Please Suggest what should be done.

For the looks of it, you have either two install of the OpenNETCF, or a duplicated DLL, as stated in the error message...
    Try to un-install the OpenNETCF...
If the error persists then do a search for the described dll...if more than one is found, then delete the one most probable to have nothing to do with Basic4PPc..

You should not add the OpenNetCF.Communication...dll to the referenced libraries.
The RAPI library will use it implicitly.

If I remove OpenNetCF .....dll from the components list it runs well but gives another error while try to make windows EXE. I attached here the error and the components list.

If understood correctly, I want to make a desktop setup app. after creating the windows EXE.

Please remove 'rapi' object and add it again.
It was probably added when the OpenNetCF...dll was referenced, making it an object of this library (instead of the RAPI library).

There is a syntax error in this line:
    listbox1.Insert(i,&Table1 & ...)
