Other Compute delay in interface BT.

How can i make a program in B4A (using adapter BT STN1150 ) that will compute min. delay in ms.
Similar to how it is done in the program ForScan.

Do you know if there is any other method to compute this parameter (counted using Ping ): delay in miliseconds.
