Wish Confirmation on new project

When you click in the new project icon, a confirmation dialog should appear, asking if you really want to start a new project.

If there were any changes in the current loaded project then you will see the "Do you want to save changes?" dialog.

I have noticed that it creates a new project if you inadvertently click on it while the debugger is running, this probably shouldn't happen.
