I run JRDC2 in my PC and it connects to my SQL Server Database and Mobile App with b4a connects to JRDC2 web service but
both of them are connected to my WIFI at home and in this case they work properly.
but I want my mobile App to connect JRDC2 from out of my home over the internet
in this case I used DUCKDNS but it did not work.
please help me
If you use DUCKDNS to redirect your domain to your public IP, then you have to:
- Open your router jRDC2 port and redirect it to your PC jRDC2 port.
- Change in your APP the link to your local PC to your DUCKDNS address.
- Test from your phone connected with mobile data (not with your wifi, unless you configure your router)
HI Erel
I read it several times and I created a host DuckDNS
but my mobile app can not connect to my web service JRDC2 from over the Internet
may you describe details about " Firewall - You need to allow incoming connections on the specific port. "
