Android Question Control Mobile Remotely via UDP commands

Dear All,
Greetings,
I need B4A application work in hidden layer on mobile, that receive UDP packets from other (may mobile or PC) and simulate touch to control game remotely.
i.e. the command in the UDP packet have positions of requested touch, the B4A app (work in hidden) take this (these positions) and emulate them to running game to go through.

This video use external servo to make touch, while my required to emulate touch for piano by received udp packet from other device (PC or Mobile)
