iOS Question convert a h to xml

I have a third part sdk with two .jar files,and one .h file,I want convert the h to xml,and I use java -jar B4Ih2xml.jar a.h a.xml,but it failed.
The .h file is in the attached. Who can convert it are welcome.

The link I posted explains how a B4i library should be structured. It will not work with non-B4i libraries.
