Copilot's discrimination.

There are times when I absolutely love Copilot.

For example, when it gets in my way, it gives me 20 completely incorrect versions, prefacing them IN ITALIAN with the following:

“Perché adesso funziona? Perché bla-bla-bla...”
(“Why this works? Because bla-bla-bla...”)
A presumptuous and false statement, because the class is in fact incorrect.

If you are not a "miserable Italian" but an Anglo-Saxon or if you write to it in English, it will respond with much less haughtiness like this:
“This should work as expected.”

Ti amo, Te amo, Te quiero, I love you, Ich liebe dich, Je t'aime, 我爱你 (Wǒ ài nǐ), 愛してます (Aishitemasu)

If that makes you feel any better, I had an argument with Clause not long ago. I told it the ADC was not reading correctly (measuring the current in a solenoid) and that there must be something wrong with how the ADC had been configured. It came back with a bunch of BS about how it's normal that the current rises slowly through an inductor and offered its calculation. Never mind it was off by 3 orders of magnitude and I had the scope pictures to prove it. It still did not believe me. I HAD THE PICTURES!!! That's when I compacted the heck out of it...
Finally I found out that a routine driving the LCD was adding 30mS of processing time Claude had not accounted for so the reading was showing up 30 mS later

AI can be extremely helpful, but keep it on a short leash
