Which code should I copyright? B4A or the generated Java? also is the generated java code accessible?
If B4A, is it possible that someone else reverse engineer and copyright it in java or C after playing with the GUI?

Any Java program can be reverse engineered. You should compile in obfuscated mode to make it more complicated.
