iOS Question crash report in Xcode

In Itunes Connect I can see the total crashes of my app and an infowindow says that the full crash reports are available in Xcode.
But I can't find where ....

Ok. Because I was reading here in the forum how to symbolicate a crash report, I was fisrt asking myself where the crash report is ...
So it is not possible to retrieve any kind of information about a crash ?

This is relevant for crash reports sent by Apple reviewers.

You might be able to get the crash reports if you first add your app to Xcode Organizer. I haven't tried it.

I tried it. Yes, I see something that give me a vague idea about the module where the error happened.
But it is really difficult for me to understand in detail.
May I add "Xcode crash report tutorial" in the wishlist ? ...
