Android Question Create/Syncronize a datase in Google account

I want to make an app to insert/read data into a database residing on Google.
The data must be entered by 2 or 3 android devices.
Do you have any advice with what tool do I start?
With SQLLite ?

What do you mean with residing on Google? Which service?

In practice I would be able to manage income / expenses from my smartphone and my wife do the same thing from his smartphone. Both should see the same data, so I thought that the database should be hosted on an external site such as Google.
I would not do the download / upload the entire database SqlLite, but do insert / update / delete records in a database external to the smartphone.
Or have a local SqlLite that will be synchronized with a server free. Google may reside in or are there other free servers that can give this service?
I am a programmer and Microsoft SQL VB6 and I would like to start doing some APP with this language that I think is very interesting.
What do you recommend?

If you want to use Google then Fusion Tables https://support.google.com/fusiontables/#topic=1652595 is free. Access is via a Restful web service. Most of which can be implemented using the standard libraries in B4A.
