Android Question create Thumbnail for selected Files

I have developed File System application.I would like to know how to create Thumbnail for selected Files.

Resize the Image to a thumbnail size and save the new image somewhere to find it afterwards.
Search the forum on how to resize an Image and on how to save an image to sd card.

Actually I need to show Thumbnail for Jpeg file and pdf when I select file from Dialogue....

It does not change anything. Learn how to resize an Image and write it to a new place.
