Creating Frames

Coming from a VB 6 background, I obviously had the 'Frame' element that could be added to a form to collate a group of other elements together.

I am currently trying to develop an app that requires quite a bit of user input fields. I have already broken these down with a TabHost with 3 tabs on. It would be nice to be able to give the effect of a frame. i.e a bordered box with a title. How would be best to create this?

Alternatively, can anybody suggest a better way to group fields. If I just have one after another with no grouping, it will look rather messy and the associated labels will be tooo long.

Just to note, this is purely a visual thing.

Frame don't exist in Android.
I use Panels to group view sets, if you want a frame you would need to draw it with a canvas.
