Android Question Curiosity.... Relationship between C:\Android folder and Additional Libraries ?

I ask just out of curiosity mainly.

I took a backup copy of my "C:\Android" folder recently (in case of misuse of SDK Manager)

I just compared the real Android folder with the backup and there was one difference, a new folder called:
"C:\Android\extras\b4a_local\unpacked-mlwifi400-63756592918000"

I had just recently installed the MLWiFi400 Library into my Additional Libraries folder, and opened a test program using that library in B4A.

Just wondering how/why a folder apparently related to my Additional Libraries appeared in the SDK and if there could any potential version/synchronisation issues?
If one deleted the Android folder completely and re-created it from the install ZIP, is all taken care of automatically (if necessary)?
