Sure can, very easily. Theres a little story behind this.. and why its only MPH (for now)...
I own a camper, this camper was made in Germany, where they put in KMH speedos. Its a very popular camper over here in UK, where we use MPH, so.. all the people that have one want a MPH speedo. Here it is
