I want to make a simple application - a simple switch - to activate and deactivate data traffic through 3G mobile network. What should I use? Thank you!

I don't think that it is possible to do it programmatically.

I'm not sure how they implement it. As far as I know there is no official API that allows you to change the mobile network status.
