Android Question Design Layout Changes do not appear in app

when I move or resize objects in the design window nothing changes in the app.

The interface looks good here. How do I see the problem?

Note that all network code should be implemented in a service (Starter service is a good option).

The layout with IP was suppose to be on top but no changes .

I'm sorry but I still don't see it. Please post a screenshot of the app and an edited screenshot with the desired interface.

Click on the Script-General code box. The designer will enter script mode and you will see how the layout looks after the script is applied.
