Android Question Designer - Add View items - lacking options in video?

Hi I'm totally new to B4A and I've been watching videos of the designer where when a button is added you have a property option of adding border and border size etc. I have the latest version of B4A (4.0) and I don't see any of these choices in the designer. In fact the option are very lacking by comparison to viewed video. Do I need an added lib or reference? Video I'm referring to link: Help Please

The video is about B4i designer...
In B4A 4.0 designer these are at the bottom of the list of methods.

Is that a different designer than the one that comes with the application. If it is the standard designer when I use it and place a button on the layout I don't have an option property to add a border to the button. There are a very limited amount of properties by comparison to want is shown in the video. So what did I miss when I installed the application or perhaps what lib do I need to reference?

B4i is not B4A, which one did you install ? B4A 4.0 was released just for beta testing, I think you do not have it and you mix the details.
To work with the designer you don't need to add libraries.

I did Install B4A .
I see now one is for Apple.
I was under the impression was only one software package.
I'll have to check into everything more.

Note that you can add borders to buttons if you use ColorDrawable:
