Bug? Designer: Drag view from pane to main -> view lost?

I've added some views to a pane and I dragged them back to the main form. The views are gone then. Cut & paste works:

Dragging a view outside it's parent makes it invisible. Did you also changed it's parent?
After dragging, the view is still present in the views tree? You can also change the parent by dragging the view in the views tree.

look at Views Tree.
after the move, the parent 'View' is the same.
the moved 'View' is now outside the visible range of the parent 'View'
