iOS Question Designer, Scrollview and Parent

I want to put into a ScrollView, for example a Label and an ImageView, with th Designer.
Label or ImgView cannot have for parent The Scrollview but only Main or a Panel.
Is there a soluce with Designer?

In the Designer you can define a Layout file with a Panel and put the Label and ImageView onto this Panel.
Then, in the code you can load this layout file onto the ScrollView.Panel.
It's the same like for B4A.
