Disable widget bar

Hi, when I click on the main bar (in the bottom of screen), I see an additional bar with gadgets, like Phone, Message, Task Manager, Pen memo, Media Player, etc.. There is any way to disable this bar? Or to remove their gadgets?
I want remove the possibility to open a gadget, but when I click on them, my application doesn't run the Activity_Pause, then I can't restore my app with Kiosk Service. How can I do?

As far as I know it is not possible to disable them programmatically. Have you tried set Full screen option?

If you mean the Full Screen option in Designer, yes I set it. But I see the main bar.
There is any way to disable it (or remove their gadgets) from Settings of Android (not programmatically)?

Google for "Samsung remove mini apps". There are some ways. It may require rooting your device.
