Display Y Values on a Line Graph

I ran Klaus's line charts samples and it it works very well. I would like to add the Y values on the graph for each corresponding data point. Is there a way to change Klaus's Charts code module to achieve that. I tried it unsuccessfully.

First, the Charts module was written by Erel and not myself.

Modifying the module would be possible perhaps not that easy depending on how 'universal' it should be. Number of data points, text sizes, text lengths and positions.

What have you already tried and how ?
Do you have a sample image ?

@Klaus: I got rid of everything I tried as it did not make any sense and could not make any progress. I thought this would be particularly useful on a scrolling line graph. I can, if you want create a smaller project using a SQLite table and email it to you if you want. It will have the scrolling graph, but no Y values display.
