Android Question DrawBitmapRotatedAndFlipped

There is a DrawBitmapRotated and a DrawBitmapFlipped, but is there one that lets you do both at the same time?

Not with Canvas. It is probably possible with one of the extended drawing libraries.

You can achieve it with two canvases. Draw the flipped bitmap on a mutable bitmap and then draw it with the other canvas.

You can use a matrix to transform the bitmap as you like.
