Editbox with Carriage Return

I realize the Editbox in B4A does not treat Carriage Return as newline.
Vb.net will.

Sub AStreams_NewData (Buffer() As Byte)
Dim msg As String
buffer = s.GetBytes("UTF8")

I populate the Editbox with Buffer. Is there a way around this to detect Carriage Return (Byte = 13) then add CRLF to the Editbox.

It is actually Android who expects chr(10) as the end of line character.
You can replace all occurrences of chr(13) to chr(10):

s = s.Replace(chr(13), chr(10))
