Effects after camera picture

Hi, is it possible to apply the camera effects (like sepia, black and white,..) after you take the picture? I would like the user to take a normal picture, or read a picture from the SD card, and apply some effects.
Any tips on where to start digging?

They probably implement the effects themselves. Starting from Android 4 there is an API (http://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/effect/Effect.html) for image effects. I don't think that it was wrapped yet for Basic4android.
