I am developing an app for my phone with 3.2 but I dont know how getting this size into the emulator,
How can I do a AVD for 3.2 screen size emulator

Devices with this size can have very different resolutions and densities, so your question has no single answer. If you have a very precise device in mind, look at its characteristics on the manufacturer website.

I use 2 AVD's for 3.2 inch:
240x320 dens 1= 2.5" + 2.6" + 2.8" + 3" + 3.2"
240x400 dens 1= 3.2"
