Error loading program Door.dll

After downloadng the Edittable program from this forum. I ran it on my PC, it worked fine. I transfered it to the device, I got the above error message. I then copied Door.dll to the same directory, same message. When i run file explorer Door.dll does not appear.
Question how do i transfer required liraries for a given applicatio without installing basic4ppc on the device?

File explorer hides dll files by default. Long press on an empty space and choose Show All Files.
Did you install .Net CF 2.0 on your device?

I don't think i loaded NET 2.0.

The Door library requires .Net Framework 2.0.
