Error Opening Layout file in V1.9

When I open Layout file (.bal file) in Basic4Android Ver 1.9,it shows an error messge as attached in file.Pls advise how to resolve this issue.but it was working in previous version.

Have you tried re-adding the images in designer? From your screen shot, it appears as though the file list is empty.
