B4J Question error using visual designer: "Email based server"

Hi,
I downloaded the file emailserver.zip from this thread .
The compiler works fine and the jar file run properly.

But if I open the internal designer this error is displayed
System.OutOfMemoryException. (see image)
I downloaded again the example but always the same error.

With others example downloaded, the visual designer work properly: for example BAJ_EXAMPLE.ZIP from this thread

Help, I need to modify the layout of emailserver

it is an old example. 1.fxml is an deprecated layoutfile. Remove the file from the project and build a new layout using the internal designer.
