B4R Question ESP8266 Arduino IDE Error

Hello, reference to this post I'm trying to add ESP reference to Arduino IDE, but I've got download error message from Arduino IDE.
Also i'd like to know if these are the same steps for adding ESP32 board and if supported by B4R.
Arduino IDE version 1.8.1
B4R version 2.20
