I for myself did not understand what exactly you want to archieve... MAybe you need to describe it more clearly.
What usb card ready? How do you connect to the reader?

I dont think that this is possible
Do the cardreader expose any API to communicate with the keyboard? Maybe you need to wrap the api (if there is one) into a b4a-library to do so.
