File exoplayer-core-r2.5.3.aar.jar is missing when I extract the zip files.

Where do I find that?

The filename is exoplayer-core-r2.5.3.aar
based on the fact that your ide is searching for exoplayer-core-r2.5.3.aar.jar i guess you are using an old B4A Version which does not support AAR.

AAR-Support was added in B4A 6.

What version of B4A are you using?

Thanks Manfred, I'm still on v 5.5. Not having used B4A for some time. Sounds like an update is overdue!
