How I can get the external ip? Wifi and the proxy I have seen, but the external?
I'm starting and I have many questions, sorry.

The device doesn't know its external IP. It only knows the IP it received from the router.

You can get your external IP from sites like ipDiscovR

It's fairly easy to replicate with a simple PHP script on your own server.
