Seems like a problem in the manifest file. Can you post your manifest editor code?

    Thank you for the help:

    -------------------
'This code will be applied to the manifest file during compilation.
'You do not need to modify it in most cases.
'See this link for for more information: Manifest Editor
    AddManifestText(
    <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="4" android:targetSdkVersion="14"/>
    <supports-screens android:largeScreens="true"
    android:normalScreens="true"
    android:smallScreens="true"
    android:anyDensity="true"/>)
    SetApplicationAttribute(android:icon, "@drawable/icon")
    SetApplicationAttribute(android:label, "$LABEL$")
    'End of default text.

    AddManifestText( <permission
    android:name="$PACKAGE$.permission.MAPS_RECEIVE"
    android:protectionLevel="signature"/>
    <uses-feature android:glEsVersion="0x00020000" android:required="true"/>)

    AddApplicationText(<meta-data
    android:name="com.google.android.maps.v2.API_KEY"

Does your package name include any non-lowercase letters?

Also, make sure the manifest doesn't contain any illegal characters, you might have one somewhere, it could be invisible.

    This did it:

"Does your package name include any non-lowercase letters?"

THANK YOU ALL for the help:
