iOS Question FilePicker or FileDialog in iOS?

Is there a way can access folders outside my own app in iOS?

I want that user can select a pdf and load in viewer, but olny access to my folder internal


I want that the user to be able to select a pdf and loads it into the PDFviewer, but only can access my internal folder

Any alternative? ?
