Android Question Firebase-The "user segment" to be inserted into the app when sending text to all devices

When an app sends text to all devices with a specific app installed, it will not know what "user segment" will be inserted in the app

What id (or key) should I use in the Firebase console?
Or should I use "client_id" in google-services.json?

Not sure that I understand the question. You should follow this tutorial: FirebaseNotifications - Push messages / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Make sure to send the messages with the B4J tool.
