In version 2.3 Beta #1 (and possibly earlier versions) I have noticed that if you have line wrap turned on in the editor, there is a problem if you use CTRL-D to duplicate the line. It seems to be operating at the basic text level and only the text visible on the selected row is duplicated. Obviously a wrapped line is a logical unit and it doesn't make sense to duplicate only part of it.
This also happens with multi-line constructs like smart quotes.
It would be nice if this could be fixed. CTRL-D is a really useful feature, despite this minor niggle.
