Android Question Floating widget

Hi everyone,

I noticed on many of the new apps on Google Play that they have a floating widget that stays on the screen no matter what you do with the phone. One such app is one that let's the user take screen shots of the current screen that is showing at the time the user taps a button on the widget.

How do I set this up in B4A?
