Android Question Following Installation Instructions

Hi, I am new to B4A. Working with .NET for years.
Tried to follow first-time installation instructions. It is a bit confusing because screenshots do not match current Oracle download options.
I finally got to the point where AVM should be set up.
When I run ADV Manager as suggested by instructions (from B4A) I got the following message:
This application requires a newer version of the Java runtime. Please download and install the latest Java runtime from java.com. Then restart the application.
I would assume that nothing needed to be installed because I have followed instructions to install JAVA part, Android Part, and B4A part.
And have no idea what to do.

Then I close B4A and run AVD Manager directly.
GUI, as suggested by online instructions, appear.
I selected options as close as possible to instructions.
But the creation of new Device is not possible.
No CPU/ABI system image available for this target
There is only one option for the target.
Andorid4.4.2 - AI Level 19.

As I am validating free version. Fast response in appreciated in order not to go over 30 days limit.

I've checked the Java link. I don't see anything that has changed.

I recommend you to start with a real device connected with B4A-Bridge. It is simpler and more reliable than using Android emulators.
